It's Time For Change! Leadership That Has A HEART For The City.
A Brighter Future For Ecorse Starts Here.
About Donald Agee Jr
My Heart For The City
It's an honor and a privilege to have served you as your City Councilman and now I am seeking election, November 3rd, as your new Ecorse Mayor.
My family has one of the oldest businesses that has served this community since the 1950's. For more than three generations, my family has had the pleasure of serving this community.
As the grandson of the late Charles Bradley of Economy Shoe Repair on Visger Road, I have learned the value of hard work, community involvement and commitment to family values while working by his side. My great uncle and former pastor of Gordy Memorial, the late John R. Gaudy, and the current Pastor Daniel Grandberry taught me about leadership and dedication. These great men have provided a roadmap and instructions for community building and compassion to serve others that gives me ‘a heart for the city.’
My vision for the City of Ecorse is to usher in positive change — a new wind and a renewed spirit of excellence. Rebuilding lives, roads, businesses, and ultimately our local economy is my priority.
We must strengthen public safety, honor and care for our elders, and expand services that support the growth, development, and education of our youth. These are significant challenges, but they are also the very opportunities that will take Ecorse to the next level.
Ecorse was once a good city. Together, we can make it a great city.
